Unlike larger clinics, we provide you with a detailed personalised written treatment plan, structured follow-up pathway, and direct email access to your practitioner in between sessions. You have clarity, accountability, and a clear path forward at every stage, so you’re guided, not left guessing.
We are testing-informed. When required, we utilise Australia’s best advanced functional pathology testing. Most tests are completed at home, others can be completed through your local pathology collection centre. This is all arranged online and test kits are dispatched directly to you.
Unlike larger clinics, you are not passed between practitioners. With us, you receive continuity of care.
Prescribing is purposeful and collaborative. Practitioner-only supplements are discussed with you and entirely your choice. All products used are high-grade, therapeutic-dose formulations selected for targeted outcomes.
The standard of care in a Telehealth consultation is identical to the in-person experience. Telehealth simply offers greater convenience and accessibility. It allows people from across Australia to receive high-quality, evidence-based natural healthcare. Our telehealth consultations deliver exactly the same comprehensive assessment, functional testing, prescribing, and ongoing support as in-clinic appointments.

Initial Consultation
You will receive intake forms to complete prior to your appointment and email back to our clinic. The initial consultation is one hour. Our experienced practitioners will work closely with you to understand your goals and develop a personalised treatment plan.
Personalised Treatment Plan & Support
From the first visit onward, you’re supported at every step, with follow-ups, adjustments, and guidance as needed. We may suggest functional testing if needed, or suggest targeted herbal medicine or supplementation if appropriate.
