So how does an online consultation work?

 

Here’s how you book your appointment in 3 simple steps.

1. Schedule your initial appointment by clicking BOOK NOW. 
2. Check your email for your Health Evaluation Questionnaire, as well as your zoom or google meet link.
3. Complete the questionnaire, briefly outlining your health concern (more detail will be established during the consult) and return to us be email before your appointment! 

At the time of your appointment booking, just click the meeting link from the booking email and the consultation will begin. At the end of your consultation, a full treatment plan is emailed to you within 24 hours. It includes a detailed plan of action with your prescription, dietary recommendations, lifestyle suggestions, and referrals for testing if required.

FAQs

How do you organise any functional or pathology testing?

This is all organised online! The order is placed with the pathology company (we provide the referral) and then the pathology company contacts you directly for their payment. They dispatch the pathology kits to your address. You can complete most testing from the comfort of your home. Some tests (blood tests) you visit your local pathology centre.

How do you dispense supplements or herbal medicines?

We use an Australia-wide practitioner-only dispensary. We send you a script, you choose what you’d like to order and place your order online! Items are shipped directly to your door.
