That’s why we offer a complimentary 20 minute discovery call. You schedule your free 20 minute call via the website, and we call you at your allocated time. This call gives you the opportunity to thoroughly discuss your health concerns and any queries you may have before becoming a patient.

During the call we discuss your health condition and the symptoms you are experiencing, in order to determine if we can assist you.

It’s also a chance for you to decide if you would like us to work together.

We can then schedule a time for a full initial consultation (1 hr 15mins) if we feel can assist with your health goals, and if you decide we’re the right fit!

Please understand that specific advice will not be provided during the free 20 minute discovery call. This is because as Naturopaths, we look for the underlying cause of an issue. In order to determine that, we need all information. We need to ask you a series of questions, and sometimes even the slightest thing which you thought was not relevant, completes the understanding of why your body is experiencing those particular symptoms.
