Yvette is the founder of The Naturopathic Co. and a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist, MINDD Practitioner, member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia.
Yvette specialises in the treatment of all gut health and digestive complaints, skin issues, anxiety, hormonal concerns, weight, and fatigue.
With a genuine love for natural health and wellbeing, Yvette was always left frustrated after visiting other naturopaths who would just sell her a handful of expensive supplements which never even really helped! So she decided to leave a corporate career to pursue studies in naturopathy and nutritional medicine. Years later, she then went on and founded The Naturopathic Co. and always aims to offer a genuine service to treat the underlying cause of a health issue, without the unnecessary and expensive upsell!
Yvette is results-driven, and takes a special interest in seeing her patients get well again in a short amount of time.

Rebekah is a qualified Naturopath, member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association, who is passionate about helping women feel understood, supported, and in control of their health again.
Rebekah is fantastic with clients experiencing fatigue, burnout, anxiety, and stress-related symptoms, mood concerns, emotional wellbeing changes (anxiety, depression, irritability, PMS, PMDD, stress), hormonal imbalances, as well as those struggling with generalised inflammation. Her approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalance rather than masking symptoms.
Rebekah’s own health journey, after years of feeling dismissed by conventional care, inspired her to become a naturopath. She now offers the same level of empathy and understanding that once helped her heal – creating a compassionate, safe, and supportive space where her clients feel truly heard, validated, and empowered in their health journey.

Angela is a qualified Naturopath with over 15 years of clinical experience, member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association, and dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve lasting wellbeing, energy, and resilience.
Angela is amazing with family health concerns, hormonal imbalances, anyone experiencing fatigue/adrenal- nervous system depletion, thyroid issues, helping them understand how each body system influences the next.
As a mother of two, Angela brings warmth, empathy, and real-world understanding to her work. Her lived experience navigating unique family health challenges has deepened her compassion and commitment to helping others. She provides a supportive space where individuals and families feel empowered with practical tools to create sustainable health and a greater sense of balance in daily life.
It depends on the health condition and how your body responds, but typically less than 4 sessions are required. Some people get results in one session, for some it takes longer. There are no guarantees that naturopathy will cure your health concern within a set timeframe! Each person’s healing journey is unique, and outcomes or timeframes can vary depending on individual needs and circumstances.
The majority of patients I see will start to notice improvements within 2 weeks. Most health projects take between 1-3 months, however there are no guarantees that natural medicine will be able to resolve your condition within a set timeframe. This is because it’s not possible to know how your body will respond to treatment in advance. It’s a process.
We utilise the largest functional pathology lab in Australia. Most tests you can complete from the comfort of your home, and others (blood tests) you visit your local pathology centre with the referral form we provide.
All of our naturopathic practitioners are highly experienced in treating gut health, anxiety, weight, skin concerns, hormones, and fatigue. This ensures you can confidently book with any practitioner. Yvette oversees all patient files to ensure continuity of care.
