Here’s how you book your appointment in 3 simple steps.

1. Schedule your initial appointment by clicking BOOK NOW.
2. Download your Health Evaluation Questionnaire. Complete the questionnaire, briefly outlining your health concern (more detail will be established during the consult) and return to us be email before your appointment!
3. You will receive a Telehealth link before your appointment starts. No need to download any programs, simply click on the link to start!

At the end of your consultation, a full treatment plan is emailed to you within 24 hours. It includes a detailed plan of action with your prescription, dietary recommendations, lifestyle suggestions, and referrals for testing if required.

FAQs

How do you organise functional or pathology testing?

This is all organised online! Some clients choose to add functional testing (stool, microbiome, hormones, nutrients) to speed up answers and tailor treatment. Testing is always optional and is only suggested when it’s likely to change what we do clinically. Most tests are provided by external functional laboratories. You’re paying for the lab’s test kit + processing + analysis. We’ll always discuss the total cost before ordering so that you can make an informed choice. Once the order is placed with the functional lab, they will dispatch the pathology kits to your address. You can complete most testing from the comfort of your home. Some tests (blood tests) you visit your local pathology centre. We can also work with existing labs and blood tests from your GP.

How do you dispense supplements or herbal medicines?

We use an Australia-wide practitioner-only dispensary. We send you a script, you choose what you’d like to order and place your order online! Items are shipped directly to your door.
