Some clients require only an initial consultation and plan. Others choose to continue with testing or follow-up support depending on their goals and complexity.
60 minutes
A detailed, systems-based assessment designed to identify underlying and contributing factors driving your symptoms.
This appointment includes:
• In-depth health history
• Dietary and lifestyle analysis
• Hormone and adrenal symptom mapping
• Sleep and stress review
• Family history considerations
• Identification of key patterns
• Recommendations for targeted testing where appropriate
• Structured clinical analysis and reporting
You will leave with a clear, personalised treatment plan and an understanding of what we are addressing and why.
45 minutes
This session focuses on reviewing your progress and interpreting any test results in detail. We:
• Analyse pathology or functional testing
• Assess early symptom changes
• Refine and adjust your treatment plan
• Introduce next-phase recommendations where required

30 minutes
Focused clinical review to maintain momentum and ensure continued improvement. We:
• Monitor symptom progression
• Address any new or persisting concerns
• Fine-tune your protocol

This is all organised online! Some clients choose to add functional testing (stool, microbiome, hormones, nutrients) to speed up answers and tailor treatment. Testing is always optional and is only suggested when it’s likely to change what we do clinically. Most tests are provided by external functional laboratories. You’re paying for the lab’s test kit + processing + analysis. We’ll always discuss the total cost before ordering so that you can make an informed choice. Once the order is placed with the functional lab, they will dispatch the pathology kits to your address. You can complete most testing from the comfort of your home. Some tests (blood tests) you visit your local pathology centre. We can also work with existing labs and blood tests from your GP.
We use an Australia-wide practitioner-only dispensary. We send you a script, you choose what you’d like to order and place your order online! Items are shipped directly to your door.
